Fresh-Room Linen & Air Spray
For the moments a room needs a reset — after cooking, before guests arrive, or just because.
Ingredients
- 1 cup distilled water
- 2 tablespoons witch hazel or unflavored vodka
- 25–30 drops essential oil (lavender, lemongrass, or a blend)
Steps
- Pour the witch hazel into a fine-mist spray bottle.
- Add the essential oils and swirl to combine.
- Top with distilled water, cap, and shake.
- Mist into the air or over linens from about a foot away.
Storage
Cool, dark spot, up to 3 months. Shake before each use.
⚠️ Safety notes
- Don't spray directly on silk or leather.
- Keep away from pets' faces and food.
- Skip scented sprays entirely in rooms with caged birds.
These are household recipes, not food — never taste-test them. Label every bottle, keep mixtures away from children and pets, and never mix vinegar-based cleaners with hydrogen peroxide or bleach.
