Returns

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange — no interrogation.

How it works

• Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
• We'll send a prepaid return label for items over $25.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

The fine print

Items should be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be resold — but if one arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll make it right regardless.
